DescrSimply Paper is made from agricultural waste, such as leaves, stems, and stalks left over from harvests (for example, sugarcane bagasse and wheat straw).
These materials would otherwise go to waste or be burned, instead, they are turned into high-quality copy paper.iption text goes here -
Agricultural waste contains all parts of the plant that are released with the processing of agricultural crops like rice, grain, and sugarcane and are not suitable for human nutrition, like stems and leaves. This consists of about 80% of the harvest. The food industry only uses a small part of the agricultural crop. Often, only the seeds, fruits, roots and juices are used, which is about 20% of the plant. Because the vast majority of the plant is not of value to the food industry, we call this agricultural waste. However, to Simply Paper, it is anything but waste. This is what our paper is made of.

Our paper is made from agricultural waste. Using agricultural waste as raw material for quality paper is logical, as well as innovative. It is so innovative that renowned (environmental) organisations such as FSC, do not yet acknowledge this raw material for paper and paperboard as a possibility in their policy. Our Founder
Mathieu Dechamps
I’m a sustainability-driven entrepreneur on a mission to rewrite Australia’s paper story, one sheet at a time.
Frustrated by the lack of eco-friendly paper options, I founded a business that offers a better solution: high-quality copy paper made from agricultural waste. Our paper helps reduce deforestation and cuts carbon emissions, without compromising on performance.
I believe in building a business that’s good for both the planet and the people behind it. From schools to businesses to government organisations, I want to make it easy for Australians to choose a smarter, greener alternative to traditional wood pulp paper.
Clear communication and real impact drive everything we do, because changing the industry starts with changing perceptions, one customer at a time.
